The Church of Witchcraft
Description
The Church of Witchcraft started in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the rising pandemic. We saw a need for witches to connect and further to address depression and isolation in both internal and external communities. Now we are beginning our fourth year and have continued our mission to revitalize witchcraft.
Our mission to revitalize witchcraft is focused on accepting all modalities of witchcraft. In order we look at the practices of individuals, families, regions, and then centuries. This is in part to respect and decolonize witchcraft in the community. We understand that there are closed practices and those boundaries will be respected. Some information will need to be translated but only so we can better serve our communities.
We are inclusive of either sex, all gender expressions, age, ethnicity, race, and witchcraft modality. There is no room for exclusion in the Church of Witchcraft; it is everyone's duty and the Church's expectation that anyone affiliated will maintain an inclusive approach. There is zero tolerance for exclusivity or gatekeeping. We acknowledge the divine feminine and masculine maintaining the overarching idea that all entities can and often do possess these fundamental qualities.
