Now let’s get to the good stuff…

In a few sentences describe your business

We make invocation candles and ritual bath products with an emphasis on moon/nocturnal magick. We sell items individually, but we love our invocation boxes and monthly subscription box.

Do you work alone?

Nope, MoonCrafted is run by my wife and me.

Introduce your team

Terri is my wonderful wife and business partner. She is the candle mage to my soap sorceress. We split a lot of the administrative duties and order organizing and packaging.

What is your Mission Statement?

To help busy witches put the magick back into their daily lives and reconnect with their inner power.

What is your favorite part about what you do?

Hearing how our customers have used our products and how it makes them feel.

Why did you start this professional Journey?

We couldn’t find the products out there that we were looking for. We are very “casual” in our pagan practices. We don’t do formal or complicated rituals…to us, it’s not necessary. So many things our there are either super specific in their uses (so much that you can’t picture using it for ANYTHING else) or they are “meant” to be used in these multi-step rituals that seem like more work than we had time for. Our candles are a great example. They’re infused with general energies and correspondences, but you can direct the energy where you need it most.

What can you offer customers that your competitors can’t?

Our unique perspective on magick and how we interact with it is infused into our products. We developed everything personally and geared our products to put magick back into the everyday. Your first magickal tool is you.

How would you handle a herd of cats?

Lots of treats, catnip, and a laser pointer. They’ll be played out and sleeping in no time!

Tell us more about your business?

We’re launching a monthly subscription box that has us super excited. We are theming each box on the different full moons and are working with local pagan artists for things to include in the boxes for a truly magickal experience.

What superpower would you like to have? and why

Teleportation. I hate traffic and get really impatient when I think about the time wasted getting from one place to another.

When you are not working what do you do?

I like to read and cook. We have a sourdough starter we named Igor. If you’ve never done homemade sourdough, the starter is really like a pet, so I figured we could name ‘him’.

How do you include your Pagan faith in your work?

We do focused meditations before we make anything to help direct the appropriate energies into the items. We also utilize herbs, stones, and color magicks to anchor the energies in place.

Thank you so much Brandi for taking the time for this interview! I love what y’all are doing!
