Now let’s get to the good stuff

In a few sentences describe your business

If you have a message, my business will find the most effective way to get that message across in print. Not in a dull, mundane way but with energy, passion, and creativity.

Do you work alone?

I have an etsy site, “In Cahoots Creations” with my wife and we’ve begun to vend our wares at events but the print side of me is a venture I do alone.

Introduce your team

My team consists of a desk, a computer, software, experience and enthusiasm.

What is your Mission Statement?

My mission statement is to provide my client with a product that exceeds their expectations. That the message they wanted to convey is done in an effective, affordable, and creative manner. The end result being that the reader is impressed and influenced.

What is your favorite part about what you do?

What gets me excited about what I do is the challenge of putting together font, color and graphics to convey my client’s message. Creativity is a high for me.

Why did you start this professional Journey?

I have a natural talent for graphics and have peddled my service off and on for over 20 years. I had no formal training except for a stint at a trade school to get a certificate to enter the “professional” stage when I wanted to change “careers”. I am now retired but still love to design.

What can you offer customers that your competitors can’t?

I think the biggest advantage over me and my competitors is that I will work under a pay as you go plan and my many years of experience.

How would you handle a herd of cats?

How would I handle a herd of cats? By providing each cat purr-sonilized and purr-fect customer service.

Tell us more about your business?

I have done all types of projects, from conception to distributing. Catalogs, newsletters, signs, websites, logos, and self-publishing.

What superpower would you like to have? and why

I already have superpowers. I’m a survivor.

When you are not working what do you do?

I don’t consider what I do as work. It’s in my heart and soul, to just be crafty and artsy.

How do you include your Pagan faith in your work?

I include my faith in my work by staying true to my values. Honesty, pride and humbleness.

Thank you, Lyn, for taking the time to chat and I have really enjoyed working with you and can’t wait to get back to things!
